In the scene I remember from this horror movie, a mother, father, son and daughter are driving down the highway and pull over so that the daughter can go the the bathroom in the bushes. The girl screams and the parents rush over to see what is wrong, but the boy remains in his seat uninterested (possibly playing an electronic game). The parents discover the girl was scared by a dead rabbit lying on the grass, and when they return to the car all that's left of the boy is one of his shoes and some blood. The monster who dragged him off was kind of like a large hairy sasquatch, but much uglier.
