i’d say it’s doubtful that it’ll be a big enough upgrade to folk over $400 dollars. unless you gotta have the games at day one. i predict we will see a performance mode that runs at a lower resolution (1080p) with better textures/effects and then a 4k mode that sacrifices a little for the resolution stretch.

or rather that’s what i’d like to see. still gonna be a fat waste of money, so i’ll just look forward to snatching a OLED switch for a decent price once everyone upgrades.

Oh yeah I'm not buying a Switch 2 because of any graphical or screen upgrade (I also basically never play it in handheld mode). It's 99% because of the games.

and we don’t even know what games yet! they could all be trash like Splatoon.

i just know i do miss playing Stardew Valley on my Switch Lite. but i had to sell that shit because i didn’t want to die in my recliner.

Ha. Well, we don't technically know, but come on, there's gonna be a new full-scale Mario game, probably in the first year, maybe even at launch or shortly after.

Probably another Zelda though not until the back-half of the console's life cycle. And at least a handful of other huge titles we haven't thought of. But honestly those two alone are enough for me.

if the new Zelda is anything like the last two it’ll definitely be worth skipping.

Super Mario Odyssey 2 would be dope, tho.

but otherwise, the Switch library has been pretty weak.

I've only played Stardew Valley on my PC via Steam.

i have made Sunday morning my official video game time: no more than 4 hours.

today was some Ocarina of Time and then a little Enter the Matrix

gotta schedule this since i’m so gosh darn tired all the time. i try to play a little PS4 after work, but usually i just fall asleep with the controller in my hand.

Well I bought another gaming laptop, Its coming in the mail this week. I got rid of the other one because all I would play is SKYRIM. I figure the release of SKYBLIVION this year may be my next go-too. If you cant beat them, join them.

I've been trying to get logged into my mobile app for 2 days requesting auth codes to no avail. The email on account is good, but nothing is coming through. I've chatted with Support twice today. The first one just disconnected. The second claimed they fixed it, but I told the rep that I was at least able to log into my account via browser before. Since they "fixed" it, however, my account is locked and I'm still not getting email validations from the PSN. They were like you're welcome!!! *click*

Managed to finish the Elden Ring and Modern Warfare II Remastered download before my account was frozen. Still so annoyed there. 5 chats and 1 call with support and no one will escalate. Heads-up for any PSN users, be sure to have a credit card on file to validate your ID. PayPal data won't cut it. Be sure to dig up your original system that you registered the account on. No, it won't matter that it might be forgotten hardware from 2014. Finally, transaction IDs are apparently not the same as what shows on a PayPal invoice.

I'm ready to buy a flight to Japan and burn PSHQ down!!!!
