Ghouls, vampires, werewolves... let's party.
I grew Habaneros once and when they were ripe at the end of summer I sliced up 3 or 4 and put them on top of a homemade pizza. OMG! It took me 2 hours to eat 4 pieces of pizza...Since then I learned how to eat Habaneros on pizza, the trick is to sprinkle some cheese on them and that coats them enough that they don't totally burn your mouth. But damn if they still don't make your stomach feel like there's a heater inside! I don't think I'll be eating them for awhile. Now I use Fresno peppers which are a bit hotter than the hottest jalapenos but no where as hot as Ghost Peppers
I had the ghost pepper salsa on burritos with sour cream. I had to drink a lot of milk to stop the burning. I guess if I'm a gluten for punishment I might buy another jar of it someday.

I have that problem from time to time, chocolate is one of the worst things, for some people. Snacking and over eating is what gets me. Thank goodness for acid reducing pills from Costco.
Try not to rely on antacids as a habit - some medical folks say that prolonged usage can potentially change the chemistry of your stomach and can actually make acid reflux symptoms worse in the long run.

Yes, prolonged use of antacids can potentially make acid reflux worse because they only provide temporary relief by neutralizing stomach acid, and frequent use can trigger a "rebound effect" where your body produces even more acid to compensate, potentially worsening your symptoms; it's best to consult a healthcare professional if you need to take antacids regularly to address the underlying cause of your acid reflux.

Different things cause acid reflex for different people. For me it's not chewing my food, eating too much and snacking.
Mine is spicy or tomato based foods. I don't snack like I used to or overeating. I actually undereat now. I only eat 1/2 to 1/3 of a normal meal now.

Good advice and I think it's true. I try to only use acid reflux pills when I expect acid reflux, which is probably a lot.

Good for you! That's wise. Yes I've heard tomato based foods can do it, iron-ally that's about all I eat.

Come to think of it, I used to get it much more frequently when I drank gin & tonics (except I'd substitute grape Gatorade for the tonic)! Much less frequent now that I rarely drink alcohol as much as I used to.

Edit, beaten to the punch again. Same answer for both

Don't know

Strangely, I've never had a real churro - I once ate a Churro Poptart someone gave me for breakfast, and it was awful... don't know if that mirrors the taste of the real deal but if it does, then dislike.

Never had the other too, but it's Domino's, so it's gotta be crap.

Poptart's
