The Hobbit: The Tolkien Edit

Let’s see if this fan edit lives up to the hype. I wanted to like the Hobbit movies. I really did. It was my favorite book as a child and still is matter of fact.

But three movies all at three hours with a bunch of extra crap that wasn’t in the 300 page book? Put the crack rock down, Peter!

Does anyone know if there is currently a current streaming movies suggestions on popular or free sights like youtube and tubi? i dont want to start one if there already is one and i cant seem to find one.

Never heard of it. Very briefly, what’s it about?

I’m here only on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. That’s why I’m here now.

I don’t want to give it away, it’s about a dinner party which then goes awry due to the influence of a passing comet. It touches on what defines a person. It’s very low-budget and your typical ‘cerebral’ sci-fi, but I find it simply brilliant, all the way to characterisations. I’d say you should definitely give it a try, though you might find it boring. Not much ‘happens’ until 40 per cent through.
