American, black and white, 40s-50s


In Indonesia, the communist guerrilla is about to expel the Dutch from the country. The only hope for humanity is that the royalist independence movement win instead. An American chick somehow meets the soon-to-be-reinstated king, and falls for him. But then, in another scene, the American liaison officer is in Washington trying to explain some generals they must act now, while the girl waits for him outside, and when he gets out of the meeting she looks at the horizon to wonder how his fiance is doing. Meanwhile, on the camp-base in the jungle, the king's aid is desperate: "sire, the situation is dire. The enemy cut even the road the goes through the swamp, we're encircled!". And the king: "as you know, I already wanted to negotiate. But we're going to renounce to our pride, not our dignity!". All main roles use yellow face.
