i ve always been a fan of scifi and i ve been in awe at some of the spaceship designs in cinema history, my list goes as of this:

First thing that came to mind - and I can't believe it's not on the list yet - the star destroyer right at the beginning of Star Wars: A New Hope.

Classic

I know it's almost the opposite of the aesthetic approach, but I really liked the boxy, unattractive ships in High Life. With their not-sleek look, they don't look like they are meant to travel and I think it goes well with some of the themes and ideas in the movie.

From an actual "oh, cool!" point of view, aside from many mentioned here, I did like the look of the different spacecraft in Valerian.

For me I love the clean look of Earth vs Flying Saucers (1956) they look very simple at first but you see more detail in other shots.

My favorite was already mentioned in the OP.

But I also liked the battleship look of the Rodger Young from Starship Troopers:

One of my favorites is the Guild Heighliner 'cylinder' ship from Dune (1984)

Yeah, same ship design, but I liked the one used in Dune 1984. That one you posted must be from a later incarnation of Dune.
