Moya the Leviathan, the living starship from Farscape



I know it's almost the opposite of the aesthetic approach, but I really liked the boxy, unattractive ships in High Life. With their not-sleek look, they don't look like they are meant to travel and I think it goes well with some of the themes and ideas in the movie.

From an actual "oh, cool!" point of view, aside from many mentioned here, I did like the look of the different spacecraft in Valerian.



One of my favorites is the Guild Heighliner 'cylinder' ship from Dune (1984)

Yeah, same ship design, but I liked the one used in Dune 1984. That one you posted must be from a later incarnation of Dune.
