If you're thinking a little edgier and louder, try Sam Kinison.

Sadly, both passed away at fairly early ages, but their stuff is still around.

Hedberg's genius is unreal.

I had forgot about Dan Soder. He is a fav of mine for the voice work alone. Macho Man. His Winnie the Pooh SNL audition. Good goodies.

I can attest Dan Soder is hilarious.

The whole package. He does good impressions, he has fascinating life experiences, his observation-skills are out-of-this-world, his story-telling is fantastic. He checks all the boxes for a great stand-up comedian.
