@Yoda Dopamine hit? Im assuming the insult is intentional as you always choose your words carefully.
I'm sorry you felt it was an insult. I think it's just a neutral description of what happened.

You can tell me I'm wrong, but my reasoning is pretty simple: when people are selling something and in the right frame of mind, they take some time to make sure they get the best value for it. But if they send out lots of offers for lots of different players (who obviously will not all be around the same value), it suggests that they're prioritizing speed over value and are presumably getting some kind of relief from trading the player. Especially when they've posted several times already about how sick they are of the player in question (which is another thing someone wouldn't do if they were trying to get the most value for them).

You yourself called it a "tantrum" so I'm not sure why you'd be insulted by my characterization, which is a lot less negative than that.

I may make more moves and trades than anyone, at times even more than the league entire, but realize youre second place in both regards.
I don't think I've ever criticized anyone for making a lot of moves. I have, however, teased people for making moves with no apparent purpose or guiding principle.

How about rather than me leaving the league we do a move limit and trade limit?
The problem, per the above, is not the raw number. And if someone makes one inexplicable trade, then any limit over 0 will fail to stop it, anyway.

I'm fine with any transaction limit that is higher than any reasonable owner could benefit from, which is still a pretty high number (multiple moves a day in roto baseball, for example). But I'm not advocating for either because the problem is not volume; the volume is a symptom.

*awkward silence*

Ahem. Significant injuries for today:

Dak Prescot (hamstring)
Chris Olave (concussion)
Drake London (hip)
You forgot to add my pride to the injury list, as this year had been going pretty well.

Ha!
You’re going to be fine though. Depth remains an issue, but Allen and Cook, along with St Brown, will carry you a long way.
I had some nice matchups this week so I knew the possibility of an upset was high.

Freaking Achane. He just kills us.

Playing Taysom Hill ended up being the right call. Playing Coker instead of Xavier wasnt. Hopefully that 7 point differential wont haunt me.

@Yoda Yes its a symptom Im sure of my alcoholism, but thats no excuse. Being 5 1/2 years clean and sober doesnt absolve me, nor cure me of it. Im enjoying life, worth more to my fellow man, but still can burn my.life to the ground if not careful.

I can make promises not to play like I have, and for a time Id be able to keep it. Eventually though I bet Id go back to my normal.

I like the leagues, especially baseball. I never looked at is as gambling because no moneys involved.
Im just looking at a move or trade limit being a solution. I dont want to ruin the league or kill the fun for everyone else if its come to that.
If it has, and nobody wants a limit as a solution, then ill leave. Me having my fun isnt worth ruining yalls.

Tua’s return makes such a difference for this offense. I don’t regret taking Achane in the second round, but losing Tua severely hampered his production.
Even if I win this, however, I get 3 rough maths ups in a row yet with PW, The Killer Clowns, and then a rematch with Sedai. Even Parrot and Yoda could pull off a win against me.
My margin for error is so slim here.

No doubt. They literally go from one of the best offenses to one of the worst without him. Not sure I can recall such a drastic difference. They will be hunting a reliable number 2 this offseason.

The same can be said for the Saints. With Carr back they executed way better than without him, but still lost. To Carolina, but by just 1 point.

I agree, and losing your QB1 is never good. The Dolphins were struggling to score 10 a game without him though. Pretty nuts. Maybe just so noticeable to me because they are our biggest rival and I keep a close eye on them all the time.

KW IIIs getting contained again, me and PW currently are in a nailbiter, and Im reeeaaally needing my Flaco call to pay off tonight. I have Cotton and he has Tampas Defense tomorrow night.
Even if Flacco cant save me he will most likely beat Kyler Murrays output which is currently 6.80 fps

Edit in - Jalen Hurts, well....not so much of a nailbiter now

Puka Nacua ejected early in the game for throwing a punch.
Ah. Was wondering why Kupp was getting more targets.
Fortunes turned again with me and PW. Picking up the Rams defense may have saved my bacon.

Flacco has 0.38 fps. They must have been lying about him being the starter going forward.....(looks it up) but they werent. Wow. There is being wrong and then theres this. Ouch and wow.

Well, thanks for playing Flacco. Safe to say: Tongo is no longer Wacco for Flacco! Fantasy football is maddening is it not? I'm pretty happy with the way this season is going. Even if by some weird chance i lose this game. I hope to get a rematch with the Clowns. I should have had them when we met earlier. If the only time i ever win this is to take down the defending champ them I'm pretty certain I'm a shoe in to win my first and probably only title I'll ever win. Of course that may be the whiskey talking. Or the crack.. you decide.

I'm so glad Flacco was a dud this week, cuz when i saw you run Hill out there i just knew he was gonna go for double digits. I should have held onto him. I didn't really need to let him go but sometimes i too can't help myself and i just feel like making a move.

I always root for first time winners in any sport, so it would be nice to see Wide Right, PW or Doomguys win this.
Doom guys is taking a similar route that Sedai took during the 2021 season. Started 0-2 and then reeled off 7 straight wins as well. Ended with…3rd place I think?
