Actually agree with you to an extent, I think it's a good film that's well written but not overly enjoyable. Maybe a bit cynical from what I remember. Maybe I'll like it more on a rewatch.

Some Like It Hot is very good, or great, I'd have to watch it again to be sure which

All Monroe Movies seem kinda sad to watch really for me. Where is everyone today the countdown has went silent and cold as the grave.

I didn't realize On the Waterfront was listed already. Great film, sad it didn't make the top ten. It was my #4.

Unrelated: does anyone not think Vertigo is going to be the top film?

In my first predictions i had Rear Window winning but changed my mind. I think Vertigo is the favourite but it wouldn't be much of a surprise if RW or 12 Angry Men won.

Vertigo may well take top spot but I really hope it doesn't.

I feel the same way about Rear Window. You not a fan of Vertigo?

I like it but I think it's massively overrated personally.
