Nice Christmas selections, Angel. I'm especially fond of the Gene Autry Christmas songs-- mostly from the early 50s.

It's also interesting to me that "Walking in a Winter Wonderland" doesn't mention anything about Christmas, yet has become a popular "Christmas" song nevertheless. Same with "Let it Snow", and one or two others.

Cheers,

Here are some of my favorites:

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers "Christmas All Over Again"

Bob Seger "Little Drummer Boy"

Ray Charles "That Spirit of Christmas"

The Malibooz "Carol of the Swells"

Trans-Siberian Orchestra "Christmas/Sarajevo 12/24"

U2 "Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)"

The Ronettes "Sleigh Ride"

Elvis Presley "Blue Christmas"

Mud "Lonely This Christmas"

Mavis Staples "Christmas Vacation"

David Bowie and Bing Crosby "Little Drummer Boy (Peace On Earth)"

Sinéad O'Connor "Silent Night"

Here are some of my favorites:
You've got some nice ones there, Miss Vicky. The "Christmas/Sarajevo" is a very good arrangement: a combination of "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen" and "Carol of the Bells". It's on my favorite TSO album, The Lost Christmas Eve.

Cheers!

My favorite will always be Bach’s glorious Christmas Oratorio, a very personal piece for me as it essentially introduced me to Bach.
