New Poll Stuff

Alright, I upgraded the poll system a bit. You'll now get very pretty graphical bars to display results. More importantly, however, is that this upgrade was necessary so as to NOT lose our current polls when we do upgrade to vBulletin 2.0. Until then, enjoy your shiny result bars.
