Recast your favorite movies

That wasn't a deliberate decision so much as an honest mistake that would be easy to make when I don't happen to know the exact ethnic background of every single white-passing person on your list. I mean, you could have just told me who exactly you were talking about when you mentioned biracial actresses but this way I have to be the one who checks every single one to confirm that. If I'm "stripping" them of their ethnicities, then you're stripping them of their identities as individuals just to prove me wrong on a technicality.

Also, no kidding that Pam Grier is too old to play Childs now. I thought this was clear from a) the fact that my list was a 1982 one and b) the fact that I suggested the considerably younger Samira Wiley for the part instead.
Oh I see they are only "technically" minorities...

If you feel the need to race bait at the very least you should do your own research. I think it's a bit entitled on your part to expect me to answer to you on your twisted view of ethnic identity.

Also if we are getting into technicalities five of the 12 actresses I cast were minorities if we include Lena Dunham and Jodie Foster but I mean who ever heard of suppression of rights of LGBT or religious differences in the world. Did I do that on purpose...nope I just cast the best person I felt for the character regardless of race, religion, or sexual preference.

Welcome to the human race...
How is it entitled if the burden of proof is on you? You're the one who has to back up your claim, so there's no reason to expect other people to do their own research when you could just give them the necessary information straight away.

This might just do nobody any good.
I saw this on twitter...

"Recast a movie without any straight white male characters."
... and thought I'd apply a variation of it a recast is been thinking of for some time:

Inception

Cobb - David Oyelowo
Ariadne - Lupita Nyong'o
Arthur - André Holland
Eames - Chiwetel Ejiofor
Robert - Stephan James
Mal - Naomie Harris
Miles - James Earl Jones

This might just do nobody any good.
Too early? It's all a hypothetical.

I'm just having fun and making the cast more diverse, not saying it would be a better movie in 2017 than in 2010.

This might just do nobody any good.
Once Upon a Time in the Outback

Joel Edgerton - Harmonica

Margot Robbie - Jill McBain

Russell Crowe - Cheyenne

Guy Pearce - Frank
