Looking to identify the title of a 90's - 2005 romcom american movie. Don't remember the names of the cast.
The male lead of the story lives in a house with a single large room sharing it with his friend. His girlfriend lives next door. There is a single wall that separates both their houses.
The roommate makes obscene comments about his girlfriend (like Seth Rogen usually does in movies, but its not Seth Rogen). They have a loud music player/TV in their room which this roommate refuses to turn low. The girl listens to their conversation from the other side of the wall and is offended by her boyfriends roommate's obscene comments. The boyfriend leaves the house in anger.
