Ya know if you all waited until these were all available on DVD then everyone could participate.

The soonest I can see interstellar through netflix is april 1st

No Budapest Hotel for best film and no Inherent Vice for poster? A few other surprises here too, but I like the variety and how it differs from the oscars.

Best cast will be a tough one between Birdman and The Grand Budapest Hotel, although the latter has so many awesome actors scattered throughout. Inherent Vice missed out there too

Love the little tweaks that make our nominations different than the "real" awards. Nightcrawler love in particular makes me happy. I am always amazed at how similar the picks for stuff like this is compared to the Oscars though. Make you realize they don't get as wrong as everyone likes to say. I think the big difference is always bio-pics. Cinephiles seem to hate them while main stream audiences seem to like them. What really happens I think is they are easy watches, so when your talking about a sample of thousands of people they are going to get noticed. Even the people who don't normally fall in love with them (hand raised) usually enjoy them well enough (hand raised). While movies like Birdman and Nightcrawler fall more into the love/hate relationship. Anyway, just another rant about how the Oscars are not as horrendous and prejudice as most people seem to think.

Great job Suspect looking forward to the results. I will be Scarlett's campaign manager if she needs it. Great performance and I am gappy to see her nominated. Budapest didn't make it into picture so I will be splitting my vote like an Academy member. I didn't love Inherent Vice but was hoping it would get some recognition for the performances. I thought Brolin and Phoenix were great.

I have one confusion though. GOTG got nominated for 'Best Surprise' and got nominated too for 'Most Overrated Film'? Please elaborate what really is GOTG's.. let's just say rating on this awards. Well the others were good though.

The thing isolated becomes incomprehensible
Well, apart from GOTG presence on Best Film list (I really don't see what you guys see in it), this nominations seem way more fair than the Oscars!

These nominations >> Oscars nominations

I sent in my votes.

I think today's the last day for anyone who still wants to vote.
You're right. This is the last day. Get those votes in people. Only a few hours left, then I will tally the votes and have the awards this easter weekend!!!

I've tallied up the votes...and we have several ties in 5 categories.

I'm opening up the voting for another day in the hopes that we get someone *cough* Yoda *cough* to break up the ties.

Unless someone has another suggestion? Do we really want a 3 way tie for Best Picture????
