50s love drama movie

I want to know the title of a movie that i watch a long time algo.


The movie is about a widow with two teenager kids, that meets a man and falls in love with him. The man proposes to her but her kids dont approve the relationship so she chooses her kids over her new love.
The man ends up leaving.


Years after her sons are grown Up and they go to college and later they get married.


The woman get older and ends up alone after never getting remarried and her sons only visiting her every now and then. So she put her sons wishes over her own happines.

Since she didn't appear to get the man she loved, I was going to joke that it couldn't have been a Hallmark Channel movie. After reading the wiki page, I think they might show it on that channel some day.
