A man and a woman go on a vacation on this "deserted beach" or something like that. They also bring their small dog. I'm not sure why and how but somehow they start being "hunted" by the wilderness. Not really animals, kind of like the place is cursed but it's not anything supernatural.
I know that in the end, the dog disappears, the man finds his wife's body, and he manages to find a road. He tries to get the attention of a truck driver, but an owl attacks the trucker and he accidentally runs over the protagonist.
I think it was released around 2010. Either late 2000s or 2010-2015.
