Can someone recommend a movie that repeats?
I've already seen Groundhog Day, Source Code, and Edge of Tomorrow.

Je t'aime, je t'aime (1968) by Alain Resnais

Not your usual science fiction, but a very intriguing one! One of my personal favorites of the 60's

I know some but there aren't any that have received much or even a decent amount of critical acclaim, the reason mostly being trying to copy Groundhog Day.

Should I still let you know some?

Hmm.. IDK. I guess I don't want to watch a bad movie. If you liked one of them then sure.

I added triangle, netflix DVD doesn't have Je t'aime, je t'aime

Triangle is a good recomendation. I'd second it and add Run Lola, Run,

A film about loneliness and alienation?
Amelie is a good one... but I think you've already seen it since its a famous one. Have you?

There aren't any movies other than those two I know of where children and teens are supposed to kill each other, but there's a lot involving adults.

If you're okay with that as well, I recommend The Running Man.

Again, not about children or teens, but the movie The Condemned from 2007 has that same subject. It's really not a popular movie but I remember liking it. Also, there's the movie The Tournament from 2009 with Ving Rhames.

Then there's the same subject, but with cars, in Death Race. I would recommend that as well. But I'm pretty sure Battle Royale and Hunger Games are the only ones with kids/teens.

Looking for a good satire film as it is one of my favorite genres, I have seen most of the famous ones like City Lights, Borat, Team America World Police etc. Any recommendations?
I think Modern Times and The Great Dictator are far more satirical, especially in concept, than City Lights, if you haven't seen them already. A recommendation from the early 70s would be Catch-22.

There's quite a few children killing films, but forced to kill?

One of my favorite satires is Thank you for Smoking...highly recommend it.
