A couple get hijacked on their boat

A middle aged couple who are out on a cruise rescue a young couple who have been through a storm or something and are injured. After the young couple recuperate, they take over the boat by force. The young guy injures the older guy and takes command. The older woman finds out that the younger woman is allergic to penicillin and she dumps a handful of penicillin pills into a pot of stew, sending the young woman into a siezure. Somehow she overwhelms the young guy and the older couple get back control of their boat. I saw that one sometime in the 90's.
