I can say murder at 16 00 btw wesley and diane there was no love interest

I just saw this... Only two characters in the movie, and they are both trying to survive.

Recent but Shot Caller I thought was really decent and brutal.

Hate to break it to you, but Battle Royale definitely has a love story in it. A very tragic one, I might add.

Honestly though pretty much any story can be used in a clichéd fashion can't it? I don't think romance is anything unique there.

I remember a really good one.. "La Caza" (The Hunt), directed by Carlos Saura.

Lock stock and two smoking barrels.
I'm trying to remember...besides the poker scene, are there even women in that movie?
And I guess, Snatch too, because it's a poor man's lock stock.

This category is hard for me, as my favourite genre is ****ed up love stories.

Last Action Hero (1993). A personal fave.
