Give me all of your candy!

#91

Nosferatu

Directed by F.W. Murnau

Home of some of the most chilling imagery that I have witnessed in cinematic history, this was the first horror movie my parents let me watch as a child. Before the countless Dracula films, before Lost Boys, before Salem's Lot, there was Max Schreck helping me lose sleep at night. This film has one of the more immersing compositions of the few silent films I have seen. Simple enough plot, was easy for me to keep up with even as a child. It is hard to believe such beauty lies within this darkness. I am no longer terrified of this film, but I am man enough to admit that I lost some sleep in my early years due to this film. Watching it recently has only strengthened my love for the performance of Schreck, a true legend in his time, from what I hear. A symphony of terror is correct. Not really scary anymore, but haunting imagery and one man's flawless portrayal is a sure way to crack my list!

Who Framed Roger Rabbit? is awesome. If sexuality is a product of conditioning, I owe mine to Jessica Rabbit.

I laughed at this.....

Because it is sooooo true!

So very true! Sexiest cartoon character ever......hell.....I may go watch it now!

Project X

Directed by Nima Nourizadeh

This is one of the craziest films I have ever seen. in my late teens to early twentys, I actually had a party house of my own, so this was just destined to be one of my favorite movies ever, but nowhere in my wildest dreams would I think of the night that these three seemingly average high school students had. This could have quite possibly been the most fun I had in a theater......ever. The entire theater was standing and cheering by the end of the movie, including me, and then we went to a party! Those days are long gone.......for now! This is nowhere near a cinematic achievement, but.....HOLY CRAP IS IT A BLAST! Definitely a must have for a dvd collection.

If anyone has any suggestions for party movies, let me know. I'm relatively new to that sub-genre.

Give me all of your candy!
I actually really want to see that. Would you recommend it?

I found Project X very mediocre but I think that it managed to be film it wanted to be - funny, made for the younger audiences. One thing I liked in it was music but that's just subjectively.

Give me all of your candy!
The soundtrack was pretty great, in all honesty, it was probably one of the best parts of the film.

Hey Bud I will start mine sometime later tonight. Good List so far.

#89

Zack and Miri

Directed by Kevin Smith

Kevin Smith will probably make quite a few appearances on this list, so if not a fan, may as well just stop here at #89! I think this is one of his funniest movies, and I love all the Star Whores scenes! Revenge of the S**t, the all anal finale! Hilarious! To be honest, I am not a fan of Seth Rogen, but this is definitely one of his more watchable flicks. Great cameos by Brandon Routh, Ben Affleck, and JUSTIN LONG AS A GAY PORN STAR! Best one ever, though, was the guy from Dale and Tucker vs Evil, Tyler Labine. This is a shoe-in when it comes to MY list. Taking the normal......and making it ABNORMAL.....BY F**KING IT!!!!! I can quote this movie all day.

JASON MEWES FOR THE WIN!!!!

Also really loved all of the movie references. Fun movie!
