Just noticed this today: https://thefilmdetective.tv/video/
They have a big library of old films, shorts, TV shows, etc. which one can select and watch for free. If you want to watch without commercials there's a small monthly or annual fee.

Watched a good documentary short on Bob Steele. No commercials.

Yeah, one thing I like about it --besides being free-- is that they have some "B" noirs that are hard to find. And many of their films have been remastered to high def.
