Holy crap, I just finished watching The Night of the Hunter for the first time so...

The Night of the Hunter

Definitely.

Would you recommend part II? I watched the first half, and while I found it interesting - it's hard to say if I actually liked it - I'm not compelled to watch the second half.
I watched them both back-to-back a couple of years ago. Loved the first, lukewarm on the second. Maybe too much overload. Need to rewatch Pt. 2.

He absolutely was. The whole movie was ... trippy.

Good movie, even better actor.. The only thing that was not unique is Shelley Winters drowning in a movie, but the subsequent drownings happened later, so scratch that

Little Otik
Its about a couple who adopt a baby tree, its a pretty freaky movie
It's freaky, alright. It's also disgusting and horrifying, and since my newborn also has an insatiable appetite, it's pretty true to life.
It is good, though.

The non-unique thing was Shelley Winters playing another doormat.
She did seem to be typecast but maybe it's because her most well known roles like TNotH, Lolita and A Place in the Sun were her playing a doormat/starter wife.

Anybody watched Tetsuo II I have it on Blu-ray but haven’t really been tempted to watch it. But yeah have to agree with everyone that said Tetsuo, messed up and brilliant all the same.

Casino Royale (1967)

A strange series of mildly interconnected yet juxtaposed vignettes apparently all about different people named Bond. Seems like an attempted spoof of 007 movies - but veers off in inexplicable directions - making very little sense. It's like James Bond on LSD.

Sounds fun...

I may have watched it because it does sound familiar.. I have a friend who used to watch movies like this with me... really freaky weird a^^ films.

Maybe if I can find it.. I will watch it to see if I had seen it before.
