Wife is out of town so dinner is my responsibility. Bought my daughter a pizza but wasn't in the mood for it so I just sat down with my creation. I deep-fried tortilla chips and placed them evenly over a large plate. Then I browned some ground beef in a skillet with some diced onions and taco seasoning mix and poured it over the tortillas. After that I heated up refried beans and spread them out over the ground beef. Then we put dollops of sour cream over it followed by diced tomatoes and banana peppers. Finally we drizzle salsa over the entire thing. Voila! Galactic Traveler's homemade nachos! I'm so naughty.
Stereo cranked up with Pink Floyd taking center stage while knocking back some ice-cold Heinekens and eating nachos.

Wife out of town for one more day so for dinner earlier I swung by KFC and ordered a chicken sandwich, mac and cheese and a large Sprite. So good. Chilling on the couch now listening to 70s classic rock on the stereo and knocking back a few cold ones. Life is good.

I like how my AC struggled to keep the house cool when it was 95 degrees outside with a heat index of 110 but as soon as it hits the 50s and 60s at night, it's cold as I dont know what in here. It's so cold in here I'm about to use 2 blankets.

I like how my AC struggled to keep the house cool when it was 95 degrees outside with a heat index of 110 but as soon as it hits the 50s and 60s at night, it's cold as I dont know what in here. It's so cold in here I'm about to use 2 blankets.
So you still have the ac on when the temps drop & it makes you cold. Why not turn it off then?
