Saw this movie on scifi a few years ago but can't remember the name

As it says, I saw parts of this movie a while ago, but I have been unable to find it lately. I don't remember much, but I'll try to describe what I do remember. Parts of the movie were set in a creepy hospital where the nurses would eat the patients and I have clear memories of seeing groups of attractive nurses surround a bed and eat a patient and they would go from being in perfectly white clothes to being all bloody. Other than that, I think the main character was this guy who had been in a car crash and thought he lived through it. For some reason he had to go into this hospital and get something(?). At the end though, he realizes that he didn't survive the car crash and had been in between life and death the whole time.
