Fancy watching a 7 hour TRAILER?!!!

Well here's one for the truly dedicated members of the Art House Mafia.

A Swedish director is preparing to release the longest film ever made, clocking in at some 720 hours long. Or a full 30 days! Though if you want to see it you'll need to have your wits about you. It's going to be shown just once, starting on December 31st in 2020, and then it will be deleted forever.

As a little taster he has released a trailer that runs for 7 hours and 20 minutes!!!

Oh **** that! Look I like movies that use very long takes. I liked Werckmeister Harmonies and I ADORE Stalker, but a 7 hour trailer is pretentious as hell!

Ok for the most part I roll my eyes when you make these jokes and think you really need to get some new material, but that one actually made me laugh.

A 30 Day movie? Who the hell made this flick? A pretentious freshman art student?

Well the pretentious part is a given. However he's no freshman student, apparently he's making this film as a "good bye to the moving medium as a way of expression for the last 25 years."

Well if this is his last hurrah then F** it, go nuts. I ain't watching it though. lol
