The Extraordinary Advenures of Adèle Blanc-Sec (written and directed by Luc Besson)
An adventure set in the early party of the 20th century and focused on a popular novelist and her dealings with would-be suitors, the cops, monsters, and other distractions.
Anyone heard much about this or had the chance to see it?
I'd never heard of it until flicking through my new issue of Empire and saw an advert for it proclaiming it to be "Amelie meets Indiana Jones."
Now there is no chance of it living up to that, but if it was even 5% as good as that sounds in my head it would be great.
I'm not sure however what to make of the trailer. It could be good, silly fun or it could be cheesy and quite rubbish
