I’m looking for a movie I think it maybe a Spanish movie.i remember during the movie a woman buys weed and smokes it in a tiny kitchen and I think she shouts at a dog outside.I think she rubs herself against the clothes washer or dryer which is in the kitchen aswell. I can’t remember if some guys in the movie are trying to create a neighbourhood watch or if it’s a different movie but I think it’s the same movie.. help plz
