It's up to Cat she's the host. She has tentatively said Feb 1st for the date when she makes a Pre-Award Thread, that's where the new voting ballot will be presented. Then there will be approximately 2 weeks to vote and the Awards Show will then be done.

The new voting ballot has 5 new categories! And overall the ballot has been tweaked to be fresh for 2019
