Im looking for a low budget film about a man finding a way to enter hell after he went to a back alley shop where he would get mutilated/tortured for his pleasure. Other then that, that's all i remember about this film.

One of the many Hellraiser movies probably.

The man bought a small puzzle box in some foreign shop. The puzzle opened a gateway through which cenobites came through to torture him. There were sexual undertones mixing pleasure and pain.
