Female assassin extraordinaire.
Maybe we could use this thread to post great movie sites that aren't necessarily a given (like imdb or hollywood.com) but which could be extremely useful...

The way I usually know about a movie before it's even in development or production is through HSX.com. It's a movie stock exchange that I'm sure ALL of you would like to join - cause when you love your movies, you know them well and hey, you can make fun money! (they give you 2 million - yes, 2 MILLION! - HSX$ dollars to play with; it's just a game.)

The great thing is you can think of most any star and do a search; it'll turn up their stock and name and clicking on them will reveal their entire project history -- including movies they haven't made yet but are planning to but that no one's ever heard of. You can also search titles/fragments, and search the entire movie list by alphabetical order just to pick out films by a name you think has potential. So, when I saw Lord of the Rings over a year ago, I knew we were in for some serious box office power and I gobbled up some stock then and there. Same for Tomb Raider, before they even announced Angelina Jolie would play Lara Croft.

Great stuff! Check it out.

Sounds very cool - I'll definetly take a look! That brings up a side issue: should we here at MovieForums feature some trivia and games at some point?

As for sites I find useful...

http://www.ScreenIt.com
http://www.Kids-In-Mind.com

Both sites are very useful if you need to know what's in a flick before you see...especially when some 'R' flicks are okay for younger people (IE: The Matrix), and some PG-13 flicks are not (Titanic, The In Crowd, etc).
