According to IMDb David Fincher's only official project in 2004 is as producer for Lords of Dogtown. I see that Stacy Peralta who directed the excellent documentary Dogtown and Z-Boys has co-written the script so I guess this is the fiction version of the creators of hardcore skateboarding.
