Mind Game is an extremely radical movie. However, probably the best thing Masaaki Yuasa directed is The Tatami Galaxy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Tatami_Galaxy).

I'd say they are about equal, but yes. I love this guy. The 10th episode of The Tatami galaxy is pretty damn spectacular.
