That scenery is something else. We have hills and valleys like that in NC, but you can't see it because of all the damn trees! Looks like a moment of a lifetime.

Peak district is one of the UK's gems for sure, all gnarly and suggestive of orcs and stuff. I'd never really thought about why it's so treeless on the hillsides too. Might be cut back for the sheep. Or just too bleedin windy maybe? Was fricking ace though yep
