America is the home of Hollywood (USA), which has given us timeless motion picture monuments such as "Gone with the Wind" (1939), "I, Robot" (2004), and "The Dark Knight" (2008).

Perhaps Hollywood (USA) outshines movie-making hubs from other parts of the world, since America's brand of multi-ethnic "psyche" marketing is conducive to culture convenience companies such as Taco Bell (Americanized Mexican fast food chain) and Apple Computers (user-friendly home computers).

It is prudent therefore to survey America's movie theaters and drive-in theaters, built specifically for cross-cultural appreciation of Hollywood (USA) films.

Here is a nice list of various bright American movie theaters and drive-in theaters:

1. The Castro (San Francisco, CA): Spanish-stylized decor and midnight movie specials make this movie theater a great tourist spot
2. The Senator (Baltimore, MD): Art Deco design makes this American movie theater a great candy
3. Film Forum (New York, NY): Couture and chic define this New Yorker's theater haven of cinema cutlery
4. Cinemark 16 (Somerdale, NJ): Plush design, colorfulness, and outfitted staff makes this suburbia theater a great escape
5. AFI Silver (Silver Spring, MD): Originally built in 1938, this American movie theater caters to audiences craving for classics and new releases
6. Mansfield Drive-In (Mansfield, Connecticut): This outdoor gem welcomes car-riding audiences to enjoy movies surrounded by farmland and woods while enjoying clam fritters and beer
7. Ford Drive-In (Dearborn, Michigan): This drive-in movie venue is great for party planners; plus it is the largest drive-in in the world and caters to a 3,000 car park capacity and 4am screenings
8. Delsea Drive-In Theater (Vineland, NJ): This cool spot features the newest releases, a fresh advertising website, and was originally opened in 1949, closed in 1987, and reopened in 2004; I went to this spot with my parents to watch the Hollywood (USA) film "Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs" (2009)

This small survey could reflect the modern culture couture marketing of the movie-snack restaurant franchise Planet Hollywood.
