Despite only liking 4 of that last set, I have to +rep you for Dead Man's shoes, which I had on my Millenium list, and Chinatown, which is about as good as narrative film gets. 12 Angry Men and Amadeus are also great.

Love all of those I've seen except for No Country For Old Men. Great start, based on your username I'm guessing I'll enjoy this list quite a lot.

It feels weird where TWBB is placed because it is usually top 30 or not on the list at all because the listmaker didn't enjoy it. Great start though i love lots of these movies and agree about the addition of Dead Man's shoes which is the only movie i completely forgot about on my top 100, it'd definitely have made my top 40 if i'd remembered. Also Paddy Considine's performance is probably in my top 10 male performances.

The list continues with some great choices. Particularly 2001 and Once Upon a Time in America.

I wish I could multiple +rep for both Seven Samurai and Taxi Driver! My number 3 and number 1 favorite movies of all time.
