OK, the face does look familiar, but I'm not sure...for some reason, I'm thinking that her hair is usually different than it is in that picture?

She often had different hair, sometimes a wig. But almost always a platinum blonde.

I recognize the pic from Irma La Douce. But it's not Shirley MacLaine. It's Grace Lee Whitney. I think she went on to do a bunch of Star Trek's. BTW those classic "pair o' 45's" were not much exaggerated. She had a dynamite figure!
