Hot seduction movie similar to Two Moon Junction

Kindly help me identify this movie that I watched in a movie theater around 1992- 95. Mostly in 1994. It was translated into English as 'Lust for Love' or 'Lust for Life', something like that.

Clues:
1. The movie had a similar plot as that of Zalman King's famous movie Two Moon Junction.
Two moon Junction: A conservative, soon-to-wed girl gets attracted to a drifter who works in a carnival that moves from city to city. The guy makes advances, but she refuses his advances. But he enters her home slyly and uses her shower. Then seduces her and has sex with her.
The movie in question : Same theme. The guy is a gypsy. The first scene is the girl goes out in crowd in a festival, this gypsy guy spots her, starts dancing with her and starts grabbing her ass. She refuses his advances.

2. Two Moon Junction: The carnival guy seduces her in her house post-shower
The movie in question: There is a bullfighting game, where this girl goes with her would be. She spots this guy there. He is not the bullfighter btw. She leaves her chair, not able to control her urges, and goes in search of him. A few minutes later while she is searching him in the corridors of that building, she realizes that he is standing nearby waiting for her. He says he is a gypsy and knew she would come. He seduces her by putting his hand inside her shirt and fondling/ fondling her breast. (Two moon Junction: he seduces her by fondling her breast through her shower gown)
As they are about to start having sex, they hear some footsteps, run into a nearby room where he seduces her and makes love to her.

3. In another scene in this movie this girl comes to meet him later after the sex, and he has also had sex with another girl. He taunts her saying that he thought she came to collect her panty.
