Can't find a movie - Comedy

I watched a movie a few years back with a friend of mine.

It was about a younger brother who worked at a golf course / country club and was bullied by his older brother.

I think it came out in the 80s or 90s.

Can someone please assist?

One of the Caddyshack movies maybe. I don't remember a major bully brother but it might have a scene

One scene that definitely comes to mind is when the younger brother is sitting at a table with a bunch of guys (in a country club) and his brother comes up and starts teasing him.

Can you remember the time setting? Like was it set as modern, 1950s, etc.

Were the brothers employees of the club or were they golfers?

The time setting was the same as the movie (1980s -ish) Hope this helps

I just scrolled through both Caddyshack Movies, no recognizable scenes

the only movie I could think of it being was 'Bobby Jones: Stroke of Genius' which is a biography that would include something like being bullied (unlike comedy films) but that movie came out in 2004 which would be well after the 80's to 90's range youre looking for
