Name of erotic thriller movie made in the 90s

I wonder if anyone can shed some light on this one?

I saw a movie in the early 2000s. It featured a blond actress from the US, in her 20s. The storyline was based on her character being pulled into some kind of high profile escort scenario by an older woman. One of the lines in the film was, 'Do you always cry when you make love?' She was being watched with her boyfriend/lover by this older woman. In one scene, she is under duress and the older woman traced a red rose over the front of her body.

Does this ring any bells with anyone? It's been bugging me for ages!

Sounds like "Co-ed Call Girl". This was an American made-for-TV movie from 1996.

It could be Madame (1993).
