The most boring movie I have ever seen is most definately From Dusk Till Dawn!
I have never complained about a movie, like that one!
I just hate it, I have seen it two times and it's so horrible. It's not fun or anything like that. It's just plain BAAAAAD!!!

Jack Sparrow: Why is the rum gone?
Elizabeth: One; because it is a foul drink that turns even the most respectable of men into complete scoundrels. Two; that signal is over a thousand feet high! The entire Royal Navy is out searching for me, do you think there's even the slightest chance they wont see it?
Jack Sparrow: But why is the rum gone?!

The top worst films have to be:
Titanic
grease (both of them)
speed (all of them)
all the ernest's and pee wee's
Deep impact
films with mary kate and ashley

And so... many more

First of all, Papa Smurf didn't create Smurfette. Gargamel did. She was sent in as Gargamel's evil spy with the intention of destroying the Smurf village. But the overwhelming goodness of the Smurf way of life transformed her. And as for the whole gang-bang scenario, well, it just couldn't happen. Smurfs are asexual. They don't even have... reproductive organs under those tiny, white pants. It's just so illogical, about being a Smurf, you know? I mean, what's the point of living... if you don't have a dick?

Someone needs their fill.
Worst film recently:

Aeon Flux

Hollow Man
The Grinch That Stole Christmas-Jim Carrey
Lost In Translation
Maid In Manhatten
Charlie & The Chocolate Factory-Johnny Depp
Serving Sara

"Zoinks", Scoobie...those movies are for kids...and I suppose they have the right to be a little lame. By the way "Signs" don't have this excuse to be dumb so it's just lame.

But...what I really wanna talk about is: Holliwood is gettin' completely outta ideas!
-First things first. For those whom don't know those two movies are "Based upon" movies. (Doctor Seuss' Grinch and the first Charlie blah blah blah (This one is a remake).
-It all started some time ago but the first simptom I remember is the starting of "Based upon" real facts movies. Like Ellie brokswotich (I think that's it) and some others. First simptom of the lack of good ideas: "Based upon" real facts movies.
-second simptom of it that I remember is "Space Jam" (A movie about warner Bros. Bugs bunny and the other animal friends of his playing basketball with Michael Jordan). This movie was "Based upon" a cartoon, if any of you don't know. Just like Scooby Doo (1 and 2) and the other move about bugs bunny (This one a little more recent. second simptom of the lack of new good ideas: "Based upon" cartoons movies.
-Then there come the remakes. The first one I remember now is "Planet of Apes", but there are others like "Charlie" up there and War of the Worlds. Third simptom: Wave of remakes.
-Together with remakes came the wave of "Comics to Movies" movies: Spiderman, batman, X-men, Superman (In fact superman and batman came before the wave of "comics to movies" but I heard there's a new one coming so I'll include this one as well) and all other men you can think about. Of course I won't forget "Sin City" and I believe "Constantine" was "based upon" a comic book called "Hellblazer". Fourth simptom: Wave of "Comics to movies"
-And now...guess what? Movies about old TV series! If you don't know what I talking about look for "Bewitched" in google Fifth simptom: They are making movies about TV shows! What now? A movie about "Friends"?
-Oh there are movies about books too. But I don't remember where they started all that so...I'll just say that there are many movies based on books troughout movie hystory.
-And at last but not at least: Sequels. Sequels...using the same formula that worked for their predecessor they strive to continuing making money with the first movie success. I know there are pretty good sequels but if you look above not all "Based upon" movies I listed are bad.

Seeing all that one can say that by combinig all those factors, many of nowadays movies are "based upon" something. I am not against all that since they (i. e. the guys that make movies) keep some original ideas coming here and there.
Just letting the world know that I am watching (Great difference it'll do).

I thought Brothers Grimm was really good. Sure, Gilliam toned his style down a bit, but he was also unable to cast who he wanted and had to make some other sacrifices as well. A fun, beautifully shot film, for sure.

One I dislike strongly - Phantom of the Opera (Shumacher)

I usually call them fluff movies: Mona Lisa Smile, The Wedding Planner, Maid In Manhatten, Serving Sara. I think ya get the picture.

ObiWanShinobi's Avatar
District B13
Anything of Uwe Boll is rifled to the top of my list on most hated movies.

However, after a recent re-viewing of Batman Begins I have now found a new enemy in cinema. I absolutely hate this movie, nearly to tears.

Whoever said Lost in Tranlastion was also spot on.

Alot of SNL alumni movies are terrible as well as sedai pointed out. The only ones I can bear are The Blues Brothers and Mean Girls, both of which rock my socks.

A film I cared very little for overall was 'the pianist'. I also dislike 'the green mile' and 'Brotherhood of the wolf'. 'White noise' also.

Oh my golly gosh! Forget signs. The incredible creative pool of ideas that filmmakers have (The same that brought to me signs, stealth and that space version of jumanji that don't deserves that I remember the name) keeps surprising me with what they can make.
Today I watched "Welcome to jungle" and I want to make somethings clear:
-It's okay to the americans have american accent but...why the natives talked with an american accent?(I'm no specialist in portuguese accents but it sure looked the same accent that the american guys in the movie talked). The best line in portuguese in the entire movie is "Bom dia mané!"(Good morning *******) (talked by some sitting guy when travis enter the bar at the beggining)that we can't normally discern due to the background blabbing (I had to rewind some times to understand it). All movies with mexicans I ever seen they talked an at least average spanish why they can't get some guys that speak real portuguese?
-I'm no specialist in capoeira but I'm positive that the fighting style that the rebels fight with beck isn't capoeira. Don't matter the Capoeira music in the background.
-The temple had drawings of Jaguars, monkeys and...eagles? I'm no specialist in amazon but I ain't so sure there are eagles in there.
-Just in case someone believed we don't call brazilian nuts "nuts" we call them "castanhas do Pará".
-When the leader of the rebels give the directions to the airport to beck she says something like "Go north until you find a road then follow it south" I must have gotten it wrong but that wouldn't be...

------------------------------Beck
N ----------------------------N
1 ----------------------------1 I
1 A --------------------------1 V
1 I ---------------------------1
S ----------------------------S
Beck

-I'm no specialist in indian tribes but I am not so confident that the marajo could forge a golden statue that pretty.
-Don't get me wrong twas a good action movie just felt it had a bit too much mistakes even for an action movie.

I hate basically every Sylvester Stallone except for maybe Cop Land.
The new Star Wars films are terrible, I hate every single Nightmare on Elm Street movie, Titanic is just plain crap, and the Scream trilogy massively overrated.

Demolition Man and Cliff Hanger will go down in history as two of the most profound films in American cinema. What Stallone brought to the table for actors was, and still very much is, something most normal movie goers and actors don't understand yet. Eventually, once many essays, debates, experiments, and calculations are made everyone will know what I'm talking about. Believe me, it's hard to stay in front of the pack knowing what I know while not sounding crazy. Give em' another try, especially Demolition Man. You have to watch it while laying on your side though to experience everything Stallone was doing, even Snipes did his thing.

I don't think I'll be watching that again anytime soon.
