Film that made you cry

The Champ (1979) still makes me cry to this very day.

Other movies that put a lump in my throat or touch a nerve are:

Rain Man
Rocky

Female Jungle Poster
No surprise here:

Born Free:

The Chronicles of Narnia

Any animal movie, regardless of a happy or sad ending.

*especially if I've been imbibing a wee bit*

Let’s see. Elegy, Benjamin Button, (sadly) Gran Torino, and I’ve Loved You So Long were all movies that made me cry this year.

gran torino was so sad at the end : (
and the titanic made me cry at the end too!
and marley and me was very sad at the end

You guys ready to let the dogs out?
Crash had me on the verge of tears many times.

I haven't seen it yet but I have a feeling Precious is going to be a very emotional experience.

City of Angels, the most sad ending I've ever seen

In the most overrated films of all time thread you said

Titanic. It was a hideously long and boring movie of which I shall never see the end.
So have you seen the end or not?

Bright light. Bright light. Uh oh.
Let's see... in the last month?

Harvey
Remember the Night
Love in the Afternoon
Little Big Man
Meet Me in St. Louis
Bicycle Thieves
Anvil: The Story of Anvil
Trumbo
Gentleman Jim
Miracle on 34th Street (1947)

When I was a kid I cried myself to sleep when that stop-motion T-Rex died in Valley of Gwangi. Cowboys and Dinosaurs....I sense a remake

aww I like you, you ol' softie

Well, probably movies like dead poet's society, pass it forward, simon birch etc. But the movie I cried the most was I am Sam. For no reason really, just a random emotional moment...

Eternal Sunshine...... like a little girl

If you are looking for a girlie movie, I'd say the Little Princess made me bawl like a baby. But for a less girlie movie, I'd have to agree with Glory. It definetely made me cry.
