Funny but also accurate. There'sbeen people who have been funny, but it was only because it was funny, but it didn't really address what was going on, and too many engaged in a lot of trivia and gossip.

Joseph Sobran was a keen columnist and a pretty funny guy. He died in 2010.
I always get a kick out of Peter Schiff's commentary on finance, sound money and the Fed, because he frames it all in a comedic way.
And too, Tom Woods skewers fashionable politics from a Libertarian point of view.
