The plot concerns a large man in a white suit (and hat). He's a gangster. The film is quite sexually explicit and in one scene the main dude arranges some henchmen and prostututes in a human chain on the floor ending with a lady putting lipstick on him dependant on whether he smiles or not? Apologies for vagueness but it was years and years ago I saw it. I'm sure its German and checked out all Fassbender, Wenders and Hertzog film descriptions to no avail!! Helpl!!!
