What is your favorite Trilogy or Saga of all time
Godfather or Terminator.
They seem pretty different.
But I like them.

I actually rate the first Final Destination quite high. It's a 3 and a half star film. It's somewhat original, inventive and unsettling. Part 2? meh, great beginning sequence and that's it. And the less said about part 3 the better.
But yeah, favourite trilogy has to be Bourne. Started great with Identity and ended spectacularly with Ultimatum. Supremacy was decent, but the plot got really convoluted at one point.
EDIT. Sorry, I love the Bourne trilogy but i'm going to go with Three Colours for ambition and it's heaps of themes and political allegories.

The Lord of the Rings
The Godfather
Back to the Future
The Dollars
Mad Max
Star Wars (original 3)
I haven't seen The Bourne Ultimatum yet but may be able to add that trilogy after I see it... and I can't make up my mind as to whether or not to add The Pirates of the Caribbean to the list... loved the first two but would have to re-watch the last one before I could decide...

For me, there's only three.
1) The Godfather Trilogy
2) The Lord of the Rings Trilogy
3) Alien 1-3

I just finished watching the last Lone Wolf and Cub film the other day. It was fantastic.
