Weird Movie ?

Okay, this is very vague, and I'll be surprised if someone knew the name of this movie. I saw this movie when I was very young, and I've never knew the title. I remember like two kids being taken to this place with trolls or elves, some weird creatures. And it's in like a dungeon and the setting is dark for most of the time. (I think)

Does this sound familiar to anyone? Probably a movie made in the '90's that wasn't popular or anything.
