The X-Files Discussion Thread

S5 complete and finished the movie last night. Have to say it felt surreal watching M/S working in a feature film. It is kind of bland, almost a cliff notes version of the show. I have S6 but debating on whether to call it a day and move on.

I’m currently rewatching this on and off, have been at it for a few months. Can’t remember how far I got the first time around years ago, so very unsure where to stop (wouldn’t want to ruin it for myself, so don’t want to get to the later ones and be disappointed). Loving the vibes throughout, lots of nostalgia — then again, I thought last night that I’ve found a plot hole in Home, where . Not sure it qualifies as such, but there we go. In any case, I haven’t enjoyed anything this much for a long time.

I loved all the episodes of the original series, and the movies were great. The revival just didn't do it fore me, though, and I never finished it!
