Trying to get name of a western

Unfortunately all i can remember is the setting is a town where a group of bad guys take over and one of the main bad guys is a gunfighter that wears a shirt similar to this but in black, he also used a cross draw instead of the normal western draw of the gun.

Old movie, newer movie? what decade?

Not entirely sure, but it definitely was not from anytime before the 60's.

OK good, because I do know of an old western where the guy wore a shirt just like in your pic and in black.

I looked that one up and I don't think that is the one, thanks for the suggestion though.
