Does anyone have the title for this horror film?

The movie is about a family that is driving to a relatives house for Christmas and this family drives down this highway that never ends. they come across a ghost woman that kills off the family as they travel down this highway. they never see anyone on the road and it goes and goes and goes and has no end. There were a teenage boy and girl and the mother and father. I think at the end the girl survivse the horror. She wakes up in the hospital.
