I’m looking for any movies or tv shows where a guy sees like cartoon(fantasy) or ghost like characters only from his eyes and his girlfriend and other people don’t believe him. Then a later event causes his girlfriend to see these characters.

The SpiderWick Chronicles have scenes where you can't see the Goblins etc until they want to be seen or if you have another fantasy creature grant you the ability to see them or gain special glasses.
