Worst Movie Tournament Ever: Round 1

After seeing Good Burger on Round 2 of MOFO Movie Tournament it gave me an idea. Why not have a tournament to decide once and for all what is the worst movie of all-time.

This doesn't have to be the film you disliked the most. It's just the film you think deserves the title.

Round 1 will end on July 24th. For this tournament I don't expect you to have seen each movie because really who wants to watch horrible movies all day. Instead just make sure you have knowledge of what the film is and at least seen part of it. (min. a trailer view)

Worst movie Highlighted

I'm proud to say I've only seen one of the "worst movies ever"

I really fail to see why Highlander 2 gets on these lists of worst movies ever made. Yes it's not near the film the first one was, but it's far more entertaining than a slew other dumb action movies; Con Air, Cobra, Death Warrant, Tango and Cash, and a plethora of others in the like. Plus I rather enjoy the scene where Michael Ironside takes the passengers on the train ride from Hell.

i have only seen a couple of these, and i don't have any desire to spend any amount of my spare time looking up the rest just to participate in this tournament. sowwah.

Howard the Duck isn't a bad movie. It's a silly sci-fi farce that was misunderstood at the time. It has attained a cult following over time, of people who appreciate it for what it is.

Now, if you want to call Garbage Pail Kids the worst movie ever, I'm not gonna fight you.

If that's the one I'm thinking of (and it might not be), Sedai has a great rant in a post about it somewhere. Perhaps he will oblige us with another rendition.

Why don't you open it up for people to nominate their own "Worst" films? We had a Big Magilla last time when somebody else came in here and TOLD US what the "Best" films were. At the very least, you may well get more voting.

P.S. I didn't look that closely but I think I've seen 20 of these (all the way through, HA!). I still don't feel like voting.

Honestly, why are there so many MST3K movies on here? There are worse films than b-movies that were never expected to be good anyway...

Halloween 3 should be on this list. And the Transformers movies.

Yeah, I don't think I could vote for this as I consider most of the nominees I've seen to be "so-bad-it's-good" instead of just "bad".
